Who we are
We are a family run business established in Milton Keynes since 1993. Our staff have many years experience in the cleaning industry
and are always willing to pass on their knowledge and experience.
What we do
We specialise in the cleaning of carpets and upholstery ( leather and fabric), including stain removal, fabric and carpet protection,
odour control/ deodorising and fumigation- this is particularly useful to our clients who are moving out of rented accomodation and have had pets in the property, as required by many letting contracts.
How we do it
We will carry out a survey to assess fibre constuction/content, ascertain cause of odours and attempt to ascertain type and nature of any staining if source not already known by client. We will then use the most advanced detergents, deodorisers and stain removers for the job. These will leave no sticky residue so carpets will not re-soil. Where possible heavy equipment will not be brought into your home and every care will be taken to ensure your home is left clean and tidy. For your safety we are fully insured.
We are always alert to new products and work in close co-operation with our suppliers to ensure that detergents etc are safe for the client and for the environment.
NEW
We can now offer those who are asthmatic or are chemically sensitive NEW NON-DETERGENT CLEANING. These are made from food grade materials and are set to take cleaning into the 21st century.
What we promise
Your carpets or upholstery will be cleaned professionally and carefully, but we cannot guarantee that all stains can be removed nor can we guarantee that they will look like new, but our clients are always pleased with the results.
Stain Protection
We always recommend carpets and/or upholstery are protected to prolong their life and make soil and stains easier to remove. We are happy to leave you with a stain removal kit for a small charge to tackle small stains yourself.
We also recommend a regular cleaning/maintenance program which we will be happy to discuss and we can offer a discount which will reduce the overall cost and again help to prolong the life of your carpets or upholstery.
